Questionnaire in the United States (WLMIQ-US)

This questionnaire is part of the doctoral study titled “Women’s Leadership in the Maritime Industry and Its Impact on the U.S. Labor Market,” developed by Ana Mary Ramirez de Moreno as part of the Doctor of Education program with a concentration in Organizational Leadership at Nova Southeastern University.
Your responses are anonymous. The information you provide in this study will be treated confidentially, within the limits established by law. The procedure used to protect your privacy is based on the premise that no personal information will be requested, such as names, social security numbers, personal identification numbers, or any similar data. You will not be asked for details about your employer, IP addresses of connected devices, or other identifying information. The data collected through this questionnaire will be accessible to the researcher and the Institutional Review Board (IRB). All confidential data will be securely stored on the server hosting the database during the collection process. Once data collection is complete, the researcher will retain the data for potential future studies and destroy it when it is no longer considered relevant.

Section C includes additional statements, developed by the researcher, to assess transformational and transactional leadership styles, which are not included in the original LSQ. This questionnaire is divided into three sections:
- Section A: Gathers demographic and employment context information.
- Section B: Explores general perceptions of women’s leadership.
- Section C: Assesses leadership styles through statements reflecting various leadership approaches in organizational contexts.
There are no right or wrong answers.
